Ski Portillo Expands Its Snow Making System and Groomers Fleet

Ski Portillo, the first South American ski area to installing a complete snow making system in 1990, continues expanding it for 2005 season.

For this purpose, it has acquired additional low pressure snowguns SuperWizzards and Viking SnowTowers from Telemet/Top Service, as well as the needed accessories for the expansion of the pipeline system.

Additionally, Ski Portillo has acquired a PB300W with few hours, complementing their present grooming fleet.

We would like to congratulate Henry and Miguel Purcell for their fifteenth year anniversary since snow making was installed in Portillo.
