A pioneering concept. Carrying loads instead of pulling them. This principle is more relevant than ever and speaks unambiguously in favor of Transporters. Because in comparison with a combination of towing vehicle (tractor) and trailer, the Transporter is simply more compact and better able to cope with sloping terrain and hill-climbing. The power to weight ratio is better and the more even weight distribution on front and rear axles results in better traction over all four wheels – and above all, less ground damage. The common features of Aebi Transporters: all models and versions are extremely efficient, safe, maneuverable, easy to maintain and long-lasting. They represent the new Transporter generation with more elegant lines and well-conceived operator comfort.
The Transporter Aebi TP48 is favorably priced, small and compact but powerful! It is extremely popular: On the one hand naturally because of its very simple and robust engineering, on the other because many mountain farmers are unable to employ a larger vehicle simply because of the location and the space available on their farms (when equipped with the narrowest tires the TP48 is just 1720 mm wide) or because its favorable purchase price fits the budget.
The Kubota 3.8 l diesel engine in the new compact Transporter Aebi TP48P delivers an impressive 83 HP. The 4-stage reversing gearbox has 16 forward and 16 reverse speeds, including stages and half-gears. With the finely graduated gearbox and the high-torque power plant, this Transporter masters extreme situations with ease, and always with a reassuring reserve in hand.
The Transporter Aebi TP450 shines in several ways. The all-round independent hydro-pneumatic suspension ensures excellent driving comfort that competes with that of an off-roader. A blocking of the suspension is not necessary since when operating on inclines, the pressure in the cylinders on the downhill side is automatically increased and the level of the Transporter remains the same.
